• To monetize your video or remove a Content ID claim, a valid AudioJungle license is required.
• Content ID claims are automated and do not affect non-monetized videos. Once licensed, you may submit proof of purchase to clear the claim.

💡 Platform Guidelines

These are general rules. Always verify the policies of the specific platform where you upload your content.
If using music without a license, it’s recommended to limit your preview usage to a short fragment (up to the first 60 seconds) in non-commercial content.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited, even with a valid license:

• Re-selling, re-distributing, or re-packaging the music as your own;
• Uploading tracks to any royalty-free platform, stock library, or music database;
• Registering the music in Content ID, copyright databases, or PROs (Performing Rights Organizations) under your own name;
• Using the music in projects that promote illegal or harmful activities.

The following uses are only permitted with a valid license purchased on AudioJungle:

• Monetized YouTube videos;
• Paid advertisements, sponsored campaigns, or branded collaborations;
• Commercial films, TV, games, apps, or large-scale productions.
